Nancy Schuman’s career in marketing spans 30 years in the staffing and employment industry, serving as the Vice President of Marketing for LLoyd since 1996.  As the head of Marketing for the Long Island (NY) based company, she is responsible for advertising, public relations, corporate communications, branding and marketing operations for the firm’s nation-wide network and provides significant impact on the company’s recruitment-promotion initiatives and ongoing corporate expansion.

Nancy is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP). In 2010, she was named one of Long Island’s Top 50 Most Influential Women by Long Island Business News. Earlier, in 2003, Nancy was cited as an Outstanding Marketing Executive, also by LIBN. In 2006 she was named as a Long Island Press Fortune 52 Achiever.

Nancy is an advocate for career education and serves as a Content Evaluator for business and career books for several prominent publishing companies.
